  • Selection of CVs by experts 
    Sometimes it is required to go through 10 CVs to find a suitable candidate, but sometimes it takes around 100-200 CVs. PMsmart expert will have a thorough approach to CVs selection;
  • Shortlisting of CVs by a committee 
    PMsmart expert sends the selected candidates to Chief Expert, HR Specialist, and Partner. Each employee studies CVs of candidates and assesses them. Around 30-40% of candidates drop out at this stage;
  • Phone calls to candidates Expert and HR specialist of PMsmart check efficiency, languages knowledge (if required), clarify CV details, define attitude of a candidate during a phone call. More candidates drop out at this stage;
  • Testing 
    Selected candidates participate in a professional test;

Migration registration of foreigners and visa support
